This is the front. you can see the leasing agent Lisa. It gives some perspective on how large the space is.

Floor plan

This is the floor plan. The yellow part is what they would be willing to rip out for us. The unmarked room that is not yellow is the wash basin room that we would have to pay to convert to a shower.

The bottom room is about 30 by 45 or 1,350 square feet. the yellow area would get us to about 2,000.

The second office could be used for a kid play room or just a place to store t-shirts water and whatever.

The space at 100 Emlyn

This is the front entrance to the space. Facing State from the inside.

These are the two front offices. The first has a window to the front parking the second is to the left of it.

This is the bathroom and the kitchenette that run along the outside wall away from the front door.

This is a shot from the open space facing the office area. Right now you can see where the hallway is. We would have them remove everything from the left side of that hall way over. That would make a clear shot to the front door.

This is the back of the space. 16' cinderblock walls. 10' garage door and the storm door. The left side of this shot has all the outlets. I think there were 5 along that left wall.
