This is the floor plan. The yellow part is what they would be willing to rip out for us. The unmarked room that is not yellow is the wash basin room that we would have to pay to convert to a shower.
The bottom room is about 30 by 45 or 1,350 square feet. the yellow area would get us to about 2,000.
The second office could be used for a kid play room or just a place to store t-shirts water and whatever.
